1.  How many nights are we paying for?

We are paying for a two night stay in a Deluxe Guestroom.  You can stay as long as you would like at our DEEPLY DISCOUNTED Nightly rate of $109/ night only up to February 9, 2012.  Contact us directly for more information.

2.  Do you have to pay for your room in advance?

Yes, you will be able to pay by credit card, but you must contact us first by filling out the form above and submitting a request.  We only have 15 slots available.   We will reimburse the cost of Deluxe Guestroom for two nights upon the successful close of real estate.

3.  What happens if I don’t find anything I want to buy?

You will be responsible for all your expenses, but you will be able to still stay at the resort and take advantage of our DEEPLY DISCOUNTED rate of $109/ night.

4.  What happens if I can’t make it there by February 8, 2012, is this offer still available?

No, you must come and stay before February 9, 2012.   This is for those who are seriously interested in capitalizing on the current market conditions here in Cape Coral.  If you are serious about buying real estate I don’t think you are going to want to wait till February or March to buy based on the what is happening in the market right now.
